GGU Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2026 – Quick Overview

यह भर्ती उन candidates के लिए खास है जो Central University में regular teaching post (Professor/Associate/Assistant) के ज़रिये long‑term academic career बनाना चाहते हैं और जिनके पास UGC/AICTE norms के अनुसार जरूरी qualification और research profile है।

GGU ने इस विज्ञापन के तहत कुल 25 नियमित teaching पद घोषित किए हैं।

किन disciplines में पद हैं?

विस्तृत subject‑wise breakup notification में दिया गया है, लेकिन broadly ये posts निम्न streams में distributed हैं:

GGU Teaching Faculty Eligibility Criteria (Post‑wise)

Minimum qualifications UGC Regulations 2018 (और AICTE/RCI norms जहाँ applicable हों) के अनुसार हैं।

1. Assistant Professor – Eligibility

Educational Qualification (General Disciplines):

• संबंधित subject में Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (या equivalent grade)।
• साथ में NET/SLET/SET qualified
  या
  UGC norms के अनुसार Ph.D. (NET/SLET exemption के साथ)।

Experience:

• Entry‑level post होने के कारण formal teaching experience अनिवार्य नहीं,
• लेकिन जिन candidates के पास PhD + publications हैं, उन्हें shortlisting में clear advantage मिलता है।

Age Limit:

• Upper age limit officially prescribed नहीं है;
• SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS के लिए age relaxation और reservation Government of India norms के अनुसार लागू होगा

2. Associate Professor – Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• संबंधित subject में Ph.D. अनिवार्य।
• Master’s degree में कम से कम 55% marks।

Experience & Research Profile:

• कम से कम 8 वर्ष का teaching / research experience in an academic / research institution.
• Minimum 7 research publications refereed / UGC‑listed journals में
• UGC scorecard के हिसाब से minimum research score 75 (Appendix II के अनुसार)

3. Professor – Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• संबंधित subject में Ph.D. (regular mode) अनिवार्य।
• Master’s degree में 55% marks या equivalent grade।

Experience & Publications:

• कुल मिलाकर 10 years का teaching / research experience, जिसमें से significant portion post‑PhD होना चाहिए
• कम से कम 10 high‑quality publications refereed / UGC‑CARE journals में।
• PhD scholars को supervise/guidance करने का documented experience।
• UGC norms के अनुसार minimum research score 120।

4. Engineering & Technology Disciplines

• B.E./B.Tech. – first class in relevant branch।
• M.E./M.Tech. – first class in relevant branch।
• Ph.D. in relevant discipline (teaching posts के लिए practically essential)।

AICTE norms के अनुसार teaching experience, publications और industry/research exposure को weightage दिया जाएगा।

5. Pharmacy Disciplines

• मास्टर डिग्री in relevant pharmaceutical discipline।
• Ph.D. अनिवार्य (teaching + research track के लिए)।
• Pharmacy Act, 1948 के तहत valid Pharmacist registration जहाँ applicable हो।

Salary & Pay Scale – UGC 7th Pay Commission

Salary structure पूरी तरह UGC 7th CPC और Central University norms के अनुसार है।

*Gross में DA, HRA, T.A. आदि शामिल होते हैं; exact figure posting city, type of quarter और prevailing DA पर depend करेगी।

Selection Process – GGU Teaching Faculty 2026

Selection UGC prescribed academic score + interview model पर आधारित है।

Step 1 – Application Screening & Shortlisting

• Online + hardcopy applications को UGC Regulations 2018 के criteria पर evaluate किया जाएगा।
• Academic record, research publications, teaching experience, research score आदि के आधार पर shortlisting list बनेगी।

Typical evaluation (Assistant Professor level) में:

• Academic record: लगभग 80 marks तक।
• Research / publications: 10 marks।
• Experience / awards: 10 marks।

Step 2 – Personal Interview

• Shortlisted candidates को Bilaspur campus में interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
• Interview में focus होगा:
  • Subject knowledge & clarity,
  • Research contribution & future plans,
  • Teaching aptitude & communication skills,
  • Overall academic profile और university में fit।

कई universities teaching demo / seminar भी करवाती हैं; यदि GGU ऐसे instructions देगा तो वो call letter या website पर separately mention होगा।

Step 3 – Final Merit & Appointment

• Final selection academic score + interview performance के आधार पर होगी।
• Selected candidates के लिए appointment letter GGU द्वारा issue किया जाएगा और joining date, probation आदि details उसी में होंगी।

Application Fee (Already Closed, लेकिन Future Reference के लिए)

• Payment strictly online mode (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI)।
• Fee non‑refundable है, इसलिए apply करने से पहले eligibility अच्छी तरह check करना जरूरी था/है।

How to Apply – Process (Next Cycle के लिए काम आएगा)

अभी 25‑post वाला cycle 26 जनवरी 2026 को close हो चुका है, लेकिन future GGU teaching recruitments में process broadly वही रहेगा:

Step 1 – Official Website & Notification

1. जाएँ: www.ggu.ac.in → Recruitment → Teaching।
2. Relevant advertisement (Teaching Faculty) का PDF download कर के पूरा पढ़ें – post‑wise eligibility, reservation, general conditions सब वहीं पर हैं।

Step 2 – Online Registration

• University या CU‑Chayan/Samarth based portal पर new registration करें।
• Active email ID और mobile number से account बनाकर login credentials को note कर लें।

Step 3 – Application Form Fill‑up

Form में typical sections:

• Personal details (नाम, DOB, category, address आदि)।
• Educational details – 10th से PhD तक।
• Teaching / research experience (designation‑wise, period‑wise)।
• Publications की पूरी सूची (ISSN, year, journal name, indexing etc.)।

Step 4 – Document Upload

Step 5 – Fee Payment & Final Submit

• Category के अनुसार application fee pay करके receipt save करें।
• Final submit से पहले preview में सभी entries (especially email, phone, marks, subject, category) एक बार अच्छी तरह verify करें।

Step 6 – Hardcopy Submission

• Online application का printout लेकर सभी proofs की self‑attested copies के साथ prescribed address (Registrar, GGU, Bilaspur) पर speed post से भेजा जाता है
• Deadline आमतौर पर online last date के 10–15 दिन बाद होती है – hardcopy deadline miss करने पर application consider नहीं किया जाता।
